We all know that too often sleep either doesn’t come easily or last long enough. A recent National Sleep Foundation poll found that adults need an average of 7.5 – 8 hours of sleep a night. That sounds lovely, but how often does that happen for you on consecutive nights? So commonly we hear of high performers struggling to consistently shut off their minds once in bed, or waking up in the middle of the night unable to return to sleep. It’s frustrating!
